3. Sharing Your Information
We do not sell your personal data.
We may share your information with:
Service providers (e.g., Wix, Stripe, SendGrid, Anthropic API, analytics tools) who assist us in operating the platform. These providers are contractually prohibited from using your data for any purpose other than providing services to us.
Legal authorities if required by law.
Enterprise and Workplace Users. If you access Uncloud360 through an employer-sponsored account, your employer receives aggregate, anonymous data about overall workforce engagement and wellbeing trends. Your individual coaching session content, assessment responses, and personal data are never shared with your employer. Ever.
4. Coaching Is Not Healthcare
Uncloud360 is an adaptive human guidance platform that provides AI-powered coaching support. It is not a substitute for therapy, counseling, psychiatry, or any other licensed mental health or medical service. Proven Under Pressure LLC is not a covered entity under HIPAA, and the Uncloud360 platform is not a healthcare service. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact the 988 Suicide and Crisis Lifeline (call or text 988) or your local emergency services.
5. Cookies and Tracking
Our website and platform may use cookies and third-party tools (e.g., Wix Analytics, Google Analytics, Mixpanel) to track how you interact with our content and improve user experience. You may disable cookies in your browser settings, though this may affect some functionality.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active and for up to two years following account cancellation, unless you request deletion sooner. To request deletion of your account and all associated data, go to Settings within the Uncloud360 app and select Request Account Deletion, or contact us at info@provenunderpressure.com. Deletion requests are completed within 30 days.
8. Data Security
We take appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data from unauthorized access, disclosure, or misuse. Coaching session content and assessment data are treated with heightened care given their sensitive nature.
9. Children's Privacy
Our services are intended for adults 18 years of age and older. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately at info@provenunderpressure.com.
10. Changes to This Policy
