COMMUNITY GUIDELINES
Uncloud360™ · Proven Under Pressure LLC · Last updated: May 2026
The Uncloud360 community is built for people navigating real pressure — burnout, grief, recovery, career transitions, leadership challenges, and life disruption. It is a space for honest conversation, genuine support, and shared growth. These guidelines exist to protect that space and everyone in it.
By participating in any community feature within the Uncloud360 platform, you agree to these guidelines. We take them seriously and enforce them consistently.
1. What This Community Is For
-
Sharing your experience and what you are learning — authentically, not performatively
-
Offering encouragement and support to others who are in a hard season
-
Asking real questions and engaging with real answers
-
Celebrating progress — yours and others' — without comparison
-
Holding space for difficulty without rushing to fix it
2. What We Expect From Every Member
Respect and Dignity Treat every person in this community as someone carrying something real. You do not know the full weight of what someone else is navigating. Disagree with ideas if you need to — do not attack people.
Honesty Without Oversharing This community values authenticity. Share what is genuinely true for you. At the same time, use judgment about what you share publicly. Deeply personal details are often better explored in your private coaching sessions than in a community space.
Privacy and Confidentiality What is shared in this community stays in this community. Do not share, screenshot, or repeat what other members share without their explicit permission. This is non-negotiable.
No Advice-Giving Without Being Asked Supporting someone is not the same as telling them what to do. If a member shares something difficult, your job is to witness it — not to fix it, diagnose it, or redirect it. Offer perspective only if it is invited.
Accountability Without Shame If you did not follow through, if you struggled, if you went backwards — you can say so here without shame. This community does not punish inconsistency. It holds space for it.
3. What Is Not Allowed
Harmful Content
-
Content that promotes self-harm, suicide, disordered eating, substance misuse, or any other behavior that endangers health or safety
-
Graphic descriptions of crisis experiences that could be triggering to others in vulnerable states
-
Content that shames others for their mental health, recovery status, or life circumstances
Disrespectful Behavior
-
Harassment, bullying, or targeting of any member in any form
-
Discriminatory language or behavior based on race, gender, sexuality, religion, disability, recovery status, or any other identity
-
Personal attacks, mockery, or dismissiveness toward another member's experience
Misinformation and Harmful Advice
-
Sharing medical, psychiatric, or clinical advice as though it is fact — this community is not a clinical space
-
Recommending that others stop or change medications, therapy, or professional treatment
-
Spreading misinformation about mental health, addiction, recovery, or wellbeing
Spam and Commercial Activity
-
Promoting products, services, or other platforms without explicit permission from Proven Under Pressure
-
Recruiting community members to other programs or communities
-
Posting repetitive or irrelevant content that disrupts the space
Privacy Violations
-
Sharing another member's personal information, content, or identity without their consent
-
Attempting to identify anonymous or semi-anonymous members
-
Contacting members outside the platform based on information shared in the community
4. Crisis and Safety
If a community member shares something that suggests they are in immediate danger or experiencing a crisis, do not attempt to handle it alone. Do not provide clinical advice. Do not try to talk them through a crisis.
Instead: encourage them to contact the 988 Suicide and Crisis Lifeline (call or text 988) or their local emergency services, and flag the post to the Uncloud360 moderation team immediately.
Crisis resources are always accessible within the Uncloud360 platform. No one should ever feel like the community is their only option in a crisis moment.
5. Recovery and Grief — Special Considerations
Many members of this community are in recovery or navigating significant grief. These experiences deserve particular care.
-
Do not share specific details about substances, methods, or behaviors in ways that could serve as triggers for others in recovery
-
Do not challenge or question another person's recovery path, timeline, or choices
-
Do not offer unsolicited opinions on grief timelines or suggest that someone should be "over it" by now
-
Celebrate milestones when someone shares them — recovery and grief milestones are real and meaningful
6. Moderation
The Uncloud360 community is moderated by the Proven Under Pressure team. We reserve the right to remove content, issue warnings, or remove members who violate these guidelines, at our discretion and without prior notice in cases of serious violations.
Moderation Approach
-
First violation: content removed, private message sent explaining the issue
-
Second violation: warning issued, temporary suspension may apply
-
Serious or repeated violations: permanent removal from the community
-
Immediate removal without warning: any content that poses a safety risk to other members
How to Report If you see content that violates these guidelines or concerns you, flag it using the in-app reporting tool or contact us directly at info@provenunderpressure.com with the subject line: Community Report. We review all reports and respond within 2 business days.
7. A Note From Dr. Sam
This community exists because pressure is real and no one should carry it alone. I built Uncloud360 from lived experience — knowing what it feels like to be high-functioning on the outside and quietly falling apart on the inside.
The people in this community are not here because they are broken. They are here because they are honest. That honesty deserves to be protected.
These guidelines are not bureaucracy. They are how we take care of each other. Hold them seriously.
— Dr. Sam, Founder of Proven Under Pressure and Uncloud360™
8. Changes to These Guidelines
We may update these guidelines as the community grows and evolves. The updated effective date will always be shown at the top of this page. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of the updated guidelines.
