With over 20 years of experience in HR leadership and organizational transformation, I've helped individuals, teams, and companies navigate growth, change, and high-pressure environments.
I hold a Doctorate in Strategic Leadership, an MBA, SPHR, and multiple coaching certifications. My background in People Operations is grounded in both strategy and execution & the realities people carry into the workplace - but my real education came through lived experience.
I've led through complexity, rebuilt through adversity, and developed a leadership approach grounded in both strategy and humanity.
Proven Under Pressure was built to bridge the gap between performance and people - because sustainable success requires both.

Why I Lead This Work
I didn’t come to this work through theory alone, I came to it through lived experience.
I understand what it means to carry responsibility early, to navigate systems that weren't built for safety or support, and to perform under pressure while trying to hold everything together.
I also understand what it takes to rebuild, not by pushing harder, but by learning how to lead yourself differently.
My professional journey spans more than two decades in leadership, human resources, and organizational transformation. But the foundation of this work was laid long before titles or credentials, through resilience, growth, and the decision to break cycles rather than repeat them.
As a mother of five, Army veteran, HR executive, and coach, I bring a perspective that integrates personal, professional, and systemic understanding.
This work is grounded in clarity, integrity, regulation, and sustainable growth.
